Drill Subs Vortex System Optimized Hydraulics. The Vortex Sub. 3 uniquely engineered nozzels.

Standard BHA without a Vortex Sub:
-Decrease in ROP
-Constant grinding of cuttings
-Additional bit trips
-Bit Balling
-Cuttings stuck at the cruve

Standard BHA with a Vortex Sub:
-Creates a near bit vortex within the drilling fluid
-Increases fluids velocity and kinetic energy
-Strong turbulence and effcient removal of cuttings
-Extends bit life
-Fewer bit trips
-Less balling
-Optimizes down-hole hydraulics
-Will not wash well bore

Increasing ROP, Decreasing Cost: Test and field results demonstrate an increase in ROP on average of 155 to 25%

Production string drilling time reduced from: 6 days to 4 1/2 days. 14 days to 12 days. 18 days to 15 days.

One piece steel body design. 4 1/2" regular API tool joint connection. 10" shoulder to shoulder. 3 Tungsten Carbide jet nozzles available in multiple API sizes to adjust TFA and optimize down-hole hydraulics.
